Michael brings over 30 years of hands-on experience in Social Security. He has built a strong reputation for providing exceptional client representation at every stage of the claims process, from initial application to appeals. His deep knowledge and proven track record make him a trusted advocate.
DAVID BUELTEMANN
Co-Owner
David is a seasoned expert in Social Security Disability with over 30 years of experience in both the representation and management of claims. He has successfully guided thousands of individuals through the disability process nationwide, delivering results at every level of the administrative system.
HEATHER McCARTY
Office Manager
Joined in March 2013 and plays a key role in developing the medical evidence needed to strengthen each claim. Her diligence ensures cases are thoroughly prepared for presentation before the Administrative Law Judge. She also assists clients with filing their initial disability applications.
SADIA MIDKIFF
Client Relations
Joined in January 2020. She enjoys working closely with clients, guiding them through the process of filing for disability, and offering encouragement during difficult times. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, attending church, reading her Bible, crafting, crocheting, and camping.
XACIAH McCARTY
Client Relations
Joined in July 2022. He is passionate about supporting clients in their pursuit of Social Security Disability benefits and finds great fulfillment in hearing the excitement in their voices when they learn their claims have been approved. Outside of work, Xaciah enjoys playing basketball and spending time with friends.
ADAM DUCOTE
Client Relations
Joined in June 2025 after a 21-year career with the Social Security Administration, where he specialized in disability claim processing. As lifelong resident of Vernon Parish, Adam is proud to serve his local community with experience and dedication.
