Michael is well-versed in Social Security law, claims investigation and resolution, insurance and workers compensation. He is a certified Eligible for Direct Pay Non-Attorney (EDPNA) by the SSA which involves a formal examination as well as relevant educational or professional work experience. He is an active member of the National Association of Disability Representatives (NADR), a nonprofit organization dedicated to the professional education and development of SSDI representatives and claimants.

Because of his in-depth knowledge of the rigorous SSDI claims process from application to appeal and his unwavering commitment to customer service, Michael has built a reputation as a reliable and results-driven resource.

A graduate of Saint Louis University with a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy and Psychology, Michael lives in the St. Louis area with his family.

“Every day, I see how the SSDI claims process can be overwhelming to individuals dealing with their illnesses or disabilities. While they are entitled to these valuable federal benefits if they have met the requirements, they are often discouraged by complex Federal regulations, wait times and denials. I have made it my job to understand every aspect of SSDI and keep up with administrative or legal changes that may affect the claims process. The more knowledge I have, the better I can represent my clients as they seek these vital financial and healthcare benefits.”

“In my many years of experience helping people secure disability benefits, I have learned how valuable and life-enhancing disability and Medicare benefits are for those who can no longer work because of their disability or chronic illness. I have also discovered that during these critical times while they wait for approvals — sometimes many months — they rely on professionals like me to assure them that everything possible is being done to move the process along. The SSDI journey can be challenging and often disheartening without strong representation. That’s why I work hard to provide the best customer service, communicate with integrity and stay abreast of this vital federal program.”
